  • Exercise-chained to a machine//or a path to freedom?

I have always been an active person, it seems I was until the doctor told me I have to get active and exercise. Then I began to realize that I was only hurting myself when I did not do the routine. The tough part now is to find time.

If it were told to me that I could have a more enjoyable life, with greater ease and comfort in all that I do, if only I would spend 45 minutes a day doing two or three things- would I do those things? I haven’t been as diligent as I should.

I sometimes create a prison in my mind that will keep me from moving forward. It would only take 10 minutes to the gym-20 minutes there-5 minutes to talk, joke, and have fun-10 minutes home. Only 45 minutes per day to be set free-where to find the 45 minutes?

Time management is the problem-how to manage time? What are my priorities? I do believe the answer will come for me if I only look at my day for 2 weeks and see where my time is spent. Once I know where my time is spent-can I find 45 minutes a day? Check back in a couple of weeks and find out? Or better yet-join me in this project and lets all see if we can’t find the 45 minutes.

I hope you will come back sooner than 2 weeks- I appreciate the time you spend here.
