  • Which comes first? The illness or the Anxiety?

I have read with much interest the articles about PTSD and the links to Heart problems. One of the symptoms of PTSD is Anxiety Attacks. That gripping fear that can paralize one to the point of being paralized. I have a very close friend that suffers from Anxiety Attacks.

I found a place that has some answers about anxiety…this site is informative and has some answers to questions about anxiety and what can be done about it, try this site for information…Conquer Anxiety.

This site has some answers to my questions about anxiety. The symptoms, how it grips a person and paralizes, how to tell if I am an anxious person, and there are solutions!

One of the things I found most comforting is that Deanne Reppich, the lady that founded the National Institute of Anxiety and Stress, Inc. is helping others because she has been in the shoes of the sufferer. She knows first hand how to conquer stress, and anxiety.

Folks who are doctors, I am not, may know the answer to which was, or is first. Does it matter?—the solution is more important than the problem. I know first hand that anxiety can complicate life in too many ways to put off finding a solution. Please try the above links-try the free E-Course and see if it helps..nothing to loose and everything to gain
