  • Bored? Change it up!!!

    I try to do a good routine and stay with it. Boredom takes over, so to make it more pleasant to walk—do it differently.

    Get off the treadmill and on the trail. Walk in your neighborhood and make it a point to meet one or two new people. Try a track instead of the treadmill. Get out of the gym and into the fresh air.

    Turn on the TV, or read a book while you are on the treadmill. Play a game of licence plate alphabet wile you walk.

    All of these suggestions are to help break the monotony fo a daily routine—sometimes a little change goes a long way to rejuvenate the attitude!
