    Stress is a contributor to all types of illness, especially heart problems. There have been many studies related to stress and heart disease, immune deficiency, and other maladies that touch many lives. So what about stress and the heart patient, the stress of having a heart ailment in combination with the stress that may have contributed to the ailment could slow recovery.

    What can we do about stress? This course can help. There are steps to reducing anxiety and fear that definately work. There is more.

    Exercise (Bargain Heart Rate Monitor) is one of the things I was advised to do for stress. It is very important to monitor your body as you exercise.

    Treadmills, that is the way I started an exercise program. It was the easiest way to control my exercise and monitor my progress.
