  • Salt—How I do without.

Salt is one of the forbidden items I have used to the extreme. I salted everything I put on my plate from the time I was old enough to reach the salt shaker.

Now when I reach for the salt shaker I get a friendly fork in the arm from my loving wife, daughter, son, mother or anyone else who might try to be helpful.

I have now become a connoisseur of Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket salt substitutes- at least I have found a few I like. There are some (like the one above) that have a very good taste, others are very spicyPhoto Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket.

There are also some very tasty no salt items. I am sometimes amazed at the delicious taste of a new salt free entree hot off of the grill.

I thought salt free meant bland, I learned it does not and I hope you will try to be a Healthy Heart Folk and eat salt free every chance you get.

Try this for your next exercise routine.
