This is a workout aid that I am very impressed with. The more I see it —the more I believe it should be standard issue for heart patients. From my observation, the system is complete, easy to use, and has so many different possible routines that there is not one single heart rehabilitation exercise need it could not help fulfill.

In my opinion, based on my experience—this is the exercise system for folks like me. I have no room to store a large home gym, no bank account to spend lots of money on a large home gym, little time to got the gym, and a large need for exercise equipment. The answer for me is this system of resistancde, and cardio exercises for better health.
