Start up the Band—It is Exsercise Time
Music is one way I motivate myself during exercise. It seems a fast paced march helps me walk at a good speed that will give my heart a workout. A quick count rock tune gets my body moving to the beat, and my lungs pumping air like they should—I can hold a conversation while I exercise (rule of thumb). I have always liked music, but, until now I never viewed music as a tool for better health.
I picked up this hint by observation, at the wellness center they use broadcast music, at the gym I see folks with various types of music achines on their body and head. There is the MP3 I-Pod, the CD player, the radio for news and music, the selection is huge and ranges in price and function from the simple to the complex. Music makes the time go faster too.
Speaking of time—I got a new watch from my wife, it is a watch and heart monitor all in one. Itr seems everything is built to multi-task these days.
Even the original bands I use for exercise. So no matter what type of band you’re ooking for— one type or the other will suit the purpose. These bands offer a one time payment for a gym experience at home.
