    When I knew that I could improve my condition (Recover From Congestive Heart Failure), if I did certain things to achieve that goal, I was a bit intimidated at trying to fix what I had torn up. I had several years of tearing up what I thought I must repair in a very short time. The time frame was my own, but it was a time frame non the less.

    So the task was to get better quick (That task was self induced. I later found that “A little steady makes a lot.”). That goal added stress to an already stressful situation. New goal… to handle the stress, I did not even know that should be a goal in the beginning. I knew very little about stress, the negative effect it can have on us and I certainly did not believe I, of all people, had any problem with managing my stress. If you would have asked me, I would have told you how to mange your stress, how many lives could I have touched in a negative way? The lack of knowledge could have added to the stress of many, if they would have only asked. The task was to learn about stress.

    The education process is a real joy. To know what we are dealing with, the identifiers, and the common manifestations of stress seemed to take away some of the stangle hold stress had on me. We often do not realize the undertow of any problem. There are all of these things going on in the public eye, it is the reaction to those things in my own eyes that often creates the stress. Granny says that I can make a mountain from a molehill, and when I do, it often is held inside, that magnifies the problem in my head. When we percieve it to be—it is.     So the problems I have are often not as bad as I believe them to be, and manageable with some knowledge and some help. Part of the help I need is mapping the solutioon and keeping track of my progress. That is where the Goals Pro 6 software helps me tremendously.
