Walking Shoes Start the Process of Healing from Heart Disease
Walking Shoes-the foundation for our body—the feet— are the most abused body part we own. I take much better care of my car than I do my feet, and I can replace my car. I spend more time checking on tires than shoes!
It stands to reason that with the proper foot wear … we are more prone to do the walking needed to boost the walking pace to the target heart rate, maintain the boost… and maintain walking pace for the proper amount of time. This is the beginning of recovery for most of us. Walking is an activity we all can do to some extent, my shortness of breath was the limiting factor at the start of my recovery.
Now that I am walking for longer time periods, and more often…proper foot wear is even more important. When we increase activity— we increase the demand on our feet… and they need the support and protection of a good walking shoe.

The fit, support, and comfort of the shoe will often determine the outcome of the activity.
We need to do all we can to protect and preserve our foundation…after all every good structure has a good foundation…please… don’t go down in DE FEET. Take care of your foundation, and walk into the HealthyHeart Folks door of healing.
