Shoes make a differece!
Walking for health is a very popular way to treat heart disease. Shoes can make the difference in agod training session or not. When feet are uncomfortable we do not walk as we should for health.
Walking for health requires that we raise the heart rate. We may not walk as briskly in uncomfortable shoes.
We may favor one leg if the shoe is not fitted correctly. Some of us have one foot larger than the other. Which one of yours is larger?
Try drawing your foot outline and see. Draw one foot —then, on a seperate paper draw the other. If you have one foot larger, buy the shoes to fit the larger foot. The difference may not be great, but a shoe too small will have an effect on your walk.
