     Roy & di Mercer’s HealthyHeart Shopping Stop

    I am not sure about others, but I know that when I am deprived for too long I tend to go on a huge binge. The item or items am deprived of are the very things I binge on. I have done that with several diet plans, and each time I have felt worse than the time before.

    How do we fix that prolem? We simply plan for a treat one time per day, week, or month. The amount of treat is up to us, what can we do to treat ourselves and not interfere with the accomplishment of our goal? One treat, when it is figured into the total plan, is not going to keep us from our goal as long as we do not binge.

    Example: one half cup of low-fat ice cream will be a treat so long as we limit the treat to that single one half cup and that alone. Watch portion size and calories, then the planned treat is part of the life style change.

    Try this tip, it has worked for others and we hope it works for us all. I have not done well by myself, but, WE CAN SUCCEED.
