Green Tea: This healthy, and in my opinion delicious drink has much less caffeine than regular back or oolong teas. This healthyheart is considered to be the tea most practical to drink with meals because it contains less caffeine.
While all teas have good qualities and health value, (Vitamins A, C, E, tannus and flavanoids, or organic compounds that help flush out carcinogens and help fight cancer), the less caffeine is the quality that makes green tea the choice with meals.
I enjoy green tea either ot or cold and much prefer to brew it myself. I am not sure about prebottleda, but, I can always tell about tea that I brew myself.
